"Over the past year, Magnus has transformed from being a mediocre high school kicker into a legitimate college prospect. Magnus' work ethic is second to none and between his hard work in the weight room and smart work on the field, he will go into his senior season ready to hit any field goal that he tries."

"Magnus, it has been a lot of fun to watch you grow as a player and improve the last 4 years. You have put in countless hours of work on your own and in the off season to improve and it shows. Your leg is stronger and you are more consistent than you’ve ever been. I’ve witnessed your determination and the way you have worked to reach your goals. We have never had a kicker make the 1000lbs club before, something you should be proud of! I love your positive attitude and how you roll with the punches. It’s fun to watch you have success and contribute to our team’s success.”
Senior Letter from Judd Benedick, MVHS Head Coach
"Over the past two years that I have begun coaching Magnus, he has excelled on and off the field. He works hard in the classroom and with his hobbies... He brings that hard work and focus to his kicking. I have watched him grow into a very good kicker. He is very coachable and needs very little direction. He is a very accountable and mature young man."
- Coach Kyle Brotzman
Working hard, on & off the field
To improve my performance on the field during practice and games, I give 110% in the gym. I know that if I push, train, and appropriately strengthen myself physically, I will reach my goals for improvement from the second I touch the field.
